Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OmniRun, a service operated by A14A B.V. ("OmniRun", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

OmniRun provides isolated microVM sandboxes for running code and AI agent workloads, along with related APIs and a dashboard. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the free tier.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and API tokens. Keep your tokens secret -- anyone with a token can act as you. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You agree not to use OmniRun to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate any third party's terms;
• attack, overload, or attempt to escape the sandbox isolation or otherwise compromise our infrastructure or other users;
• mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or run workloads designed to abuse the free tier;
• resell or share access in a way that circumvents plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Sandbox tier is free and subject to fair use. Promotional credits are denominated in euros (EUR), are valid for a limited period from activation, and may be revoked in cases of abuse. Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page; usage above your allowance is billed at your tier's overage rate up to your spending cap.

You retain all rights to the code and data you run in your sandboxes. We do not log, inspect, or train on your sandbox code. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, OmniRun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
